• OCM lead for SAP S/4 Hana pilot implementation for the national railway, upgrading financial transactions and reporting.
• Created organizational change management plan for global SAP business process improvement project in the consumer package goods industry, including designing and implementing Change Management Office and Center of Excellence for 35 business units.
• Built Change Management Office, creating change management roadmap and strategy, operating as an internal change champion and consultant to Infor ERP implementation project, and driving adoption for clinical business transformations in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters in a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare organization.
• OCM lead for global oil/gas client in multi-year business transformation including business process redesign and realignment, readiness planning, training development, and delivery and engagement and communications planning and execution using SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA.
• OCM lead for global consumer package goods client in M&A integration of newly acquired snack business unit for SAP S/4 HANA implementation. Turned around the OCM approach from prior implementation partner and delivered change strategy, stakeholder analysis, communications and engagement planning and execution, and distributed training approach to meet production schedules.
• PMO lead for $34M multi-year global SharePoint document management program and BI implementation for global oil/gas client.
• OCM leads for healthcare client’s migration to Salesforce.com using Agile methodology and implementing stakeholder engagement and communications, change impact assessments and analysis, readiness planning, and post-go-live audits.
